Carol Gomez has more than 15 years’ experience working as Company Secretary. Prior to joining Lancashire Management Services Limited and then Lutea (Hong Kong) Limited, Magentum Fiduciary Services, she worked and trained at Law Firm in Hong Kong. She received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree from Filipino-American Christian College with a major in Management in 1999.
Carol’s duties include local and overseas company formation, maintaining statutory records, handling amendments to constitutional documents and changes of directorship and ownership, liquidation, dissolution and cessation of business, assisting in opening bank accounts and other banking matters, advising on reporting and compliance requirements for Hong Kong and Overseas companies, prepare significant controllers register and provision of a designated representative to liaise with the Hong Kong authorities, handle matters regarding secretarial/statutory/compliance/tax
Carol is also a Christian teacher and preacher. Committed in helping, motivates and encouraging Overseas Contract Worker in HK who are in need and provide different activities to build a relationship with them and to the community.
